Wenli Yu, a serial entrepreneur and seasoned business executive of technology companies, has over 35 years of experiences in developing new technologies and market leading products, building R&D teams and manufacturing capability for communications industry. Prior to co-founding Archimedes Controls, Wenli was the Director of Broadband R&D Center of JDSU. He also founded and co-founded multiple technology companies backed by Silicon Valley and Mid-Atlantic based venture capitals and acquired by publicly traded companies. Over the decades of his professional career, he worked as Product Line Manager, Hardware Manager and was instrumental in developing, managing and winning market leadership positions for several brand-name communications products in the global communications market. Wenli received his MS and BS degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland. He also holds a number of U.S. patents in the area of optical and sensor technologies.
