The presentation will provide an overview of the publicly available MIPI I3C Basic serial interface, which significantly simplifies the integration of mechanical, biometric, environmental and other types of sensors in IoT devices. The presentation will explain how I3C provides a high-performance, low-power solution to connect next-generation sensor components while also maintaining backward compatibility with the I2C interface. Use case examples will be included to demonstrate I3C’s applicability to a wide array of IoT applications.
