IOTW: Monitoring Millions: Using Metrics to Monitor IoT Devices at Scale

Today’s IoT devices require some form of device monitoring, especially those used in critical operations. As fleet sizes increase, the potential for issues grows linearly at best, and exponentially at worst. This session will offer ways to build out device and sensor monitoring solutions using metrics to allow for robust assessment of the health of thousands (or millions) of devices, all while minimizing complexity, bandwidth, and power consumption.
